Let's see...... where to begin? I don't generally like the "About me" pages. These pages are usually filled with the same old, "I was born and raised in ya da ya da, North Dakota, won the most congenial baby contest when I was six months old....." blah, blah, blah crap! Lets just get to the meat and potatoes of it.
I live in Nashville, Tennessee, I have full time job that I am hating more and more everyday and my goal is to become a writer full time. I love to write, I love to make people laugh and I love the thought of never having to punch a time clock again!! EVER!!!!!
I love to do my own thing, when I want, with who I want and however I want. I'm 39 going on 25!
I'm addicted to the magic 8 ball application on my IPhone! Even though I honestly think there's a man trapped in it, laughing at me and saying, "karma's a bitch, isn't it?" It never fails, I can ask it anything and it usually say, "ask again later" or "it's uncertain." Just like a frigin man! Can't say yes or no!! I still enjoy it though. Yes, it's a sick, sad, silly addiction.... but it's MY addiction!
I'm getting ready to experience the "empty nest" syndrome. My son, who is 22, will be moving out of state to go to college. He's graduating next week with his associates and has decided he wants to up and move away from me to pursue his bachelor's. The nerve....
Obviously, from the title of this blog, I love my bubble baths! I've been known to eat, read, do nails, have Skype conversations (not what you're thinking) and sleep in the tub. I honestly do my best thinking in the tub, so this is where I generally blog from. I love the beach, too! Hot white sand, the smell of Hawaiian Tropic in the air, a frozen drink with an umbrella in it..... just can't beat it!! (damn that off shore oil drilling!!)
So, now you know.....
My blogs are about whatever is ticking me off or interesting me at that moment. Usually all my posts are written from the bathtub, since THIS is where I do my best thinking!
